  4. Add some red food color and mix it well. Just before baking add the baking soda and vinegar
  5. Add the cake batter in a cake tin and bake it at, 180°C for 40mins.
  6. Check the cake by inserting toothpick. Let cake cool down and divide into 3 layers. Remove top remove outer crumbs for decoration.
  7. Take 1/2 cup of Whipping Cream and whip it until stiff peaks. Add some cream cheese to it but it's optional.
  8. For sugar syrup take 1/4 cup water to that add 4-5 tbsp sugar and heat it until sugar is dissolved. Let the Syrup cool down for some time
  9. Take a cake board apply some cream on it and place first layer of cake. Apply the sugar syrup and some cream on the layer.
  10. Repeat the same process. Cover the cake completely with cream. Crumb coat cake and refrigerate it for 15 mins. After that apply some more cream and spread.
  11. Apply the cake crumbs around cake and pipe some cream on top.
  12. Red velvet cake is ready. Divide cake into pasteries
