- Take one bowl boiled potatoes. Add red chilli powder, green salt, rice flour, black salt, lemon juice.

- Fry both sides till golden brown(medium flame).
- Then transfer them to an absorbent tissue placed in a plate.
- Place the tikki into the serving plate.Top with 4 tbsp yogurt,3 tbsp green chutney,3 tbsp tamarind chutney.
- Further top with chopped onion (2 tbsp), green chillies(to taste), sev (2 tbsp). Now sprinkle 2 pinch chaat masala
