- 50 gms Rice flour

- 200 gms Bottle gourd

- 2 tbsp Grated beetroot
- 2 tbsp Mint leaves finely chopped
- 2 tbsp coriander finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Red chili garlic paste
- 1 tbsp green chili ginger paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds
- 1 tsp carom seeds
- 1 tsp half crushed coriander seeds
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 1 cup curd
- As needed Oil to fry pakora
- to taste salt
Instructions to make to make Crispy bottle gourd, onion and carrot pakora
- Prepare all ingredients. Combine gram flour, semolina, rice flour, soaked moong dal, carom seeds, fennel seeds, half crushed coriander seeds, black pepper powder, salt to taste, turmeric, red chili garlic paste, green chili ginger paste and asafetida in a big bowl. Mix it well.
- Add grated bottle gourd, carrot, beetroot, sliced onion, finely chopped green chilis, mint leaves, coriander leaves and 2 tbsp. curd to bowl and mix it properly.
- Heat oil in frying vessel on medium flame for deep frying pakoras. Take 2 tbsp. hot oil and mix it in pakora batter(Hot oil helps to make pakora crispy). Scoop out ball sized pakora and drop in hot oil carefully. Fry pakoras until it turns golden in color.
- Serve hot and crispy pakoras with homemade tomato Sauce, sliced onion and punjabi curd.
