  1. Take a bowl seave the flour add salt. Add sugar,,curd,mix it.
  2. Add some water make a thick batter,keep it a side for 20 miniute.
  3. It will be like a dough.
  4. Make 2 balls from this batter.
  5. Keep it in preheated oven 10 mimiutes.
  6. Take it out from the oven. Keep it a side.
  7. In a Heat pan add ghee,put cumin in it,let it crakle.add tomato puree.
  8. Add chilli, salt, capsicum, paneer.saute it.
  9. Add Black pepper & coriander leaf.
  10. Remove it from the gas.
  11. Take rice balls cut it in the middle.fill prepared veggies in it.sprinkle some ghee on it.
  12. Keep it 5 miniutes in preheated oven.
  13. Serve it hot with sweet & sour chutney.
