  25. 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  26. as required Red food colour optional
  27. as per taste Salt
  28. 2 tablespoons curd
  29. 2 green chillies and coriander crushed
  30. 1 teaspoon oil

Steps to make to make Chicken Tikka biryani

  1. Take chicken wash and marinate with above masala with little oil for 2 hours minimum and cook till it's done, lastly give smoke into chicken
  2. Take oil add whole garam masala and cumin seeds and let it crackle.
  3. To this add ginger garlic paste and cook till it turns golden.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook till mushy.
  5. Add dry masala now.
  6. Cook till oil separates and add coriander and green chillies crushed.
  7. Add curd and leave on sim till oil separates You can add slitted green chillies as well I added two.
  8. Fry onions and crush them add this to the prepared masala.
  9. Remove coal and add chicken and leave for 5 minutes or till oil oozes out from the masala.
  10. Cook rice and pour on the masala if needed add colour to your biryani as it's Tikka biryani I have used colour for the perfect look
